durability and a lightweight alternative to traditional metal fittings.
Our range includes PVC threaded elbows, tees, equal nipples,
reducing nipples, equal sockets, reducing sockets, reducing bushes,
threaded unions and plugs, available in a variety of BSP thread sizes.
These fittings are ideal for agricultural irrigation, swimming pools,

Pressure & Temperature Ratings
Our PVC-U threaded fittings are generally rated to
12 Bar (170 PSI) at 20°C, subject to the individual
product specification.
As operating temperatures increase, the allowable working pressure
decreases. PVC-U pressure systems should not be used at
temperatures exceeding 60°C. Always refer to the manufacturer's
pressure and temperature derating information before installation.
BSP Thread Sizes Explained
PVC threaded fittings use nominal BSP (British Standard Pipe)
thread sizes. BSP sizes do not correspond directly to the physical
outside diameter of the thread.
For example, a 1" BSP male thread measures approximately
33.25mm across its outside diameter, rather than 25.4mm.
Always select fittings according to their nominal BSP thread size
and check whether BSPP parallel or BSPT tapered threads are required.
Typical Applications
- Agricultural irrigation and water distribution
- Swimming pool filtration and circulation systems
- Industrial water transfer and pumping systems
- Water treatment and filtration equipment
- Commercial PVC pressure pipework installations
- Compatible chemical processing systems
