BSP Thread Size Guide
PVC threaded plugs are sized according to their nominal BSP thread dimensions. BSP thread sizes do not directly correspond to the physical outside diameter measured in inches.
For example, a 1" BSP male thread measures approximately 33.25mm across its outside diameter, rather than 25.4mm.

Important: The measurements above represent the approximate outside diameters of male BSP threads. Always select the correct nominal BSP thread size to match the female threaded fitting being blanked off.
Pressure & Temperature Information
PVC-U threaded fittings have a maximum working pressure of 12 Bar (170 PSI) at 20°C. As operating temperatures increase, the allowable working pressure decreases.
PVC-U pressure systems must not be used at temperatures exceeding 60°C. Always refer to the manufacturer's pressure and temperature derating information before installation.
