Next Day Delivery - £18.00  (£15.00 ex VAT)

Next Day Pre Noon - £36.00  (£30.00 ex VAT)

*Orders received before 15:00 for next day delivery.

*Plasson Orders - Cut-off time is 12:00 for Next Day Deliveries. All orders after this time will be dispatched the following day.

*Standard 2-6 Days This is usually Royal Mail, and tracked once item is delivered.

*Shipping times are subject to stock availability and exclude clearance/customs delays.

*Next Day service is normal business days - Mon-Friday. We do not offer Saturday or Sunday delivery.

Pipe Lengths 1m

Pipe lengths below 1m will be charged at £15.00  (£12.50 ex VAT)

These lenghts will be delivered with FedEx.

*Prices are inclusive of VAT. 

Pipe Lengths >1m

Pipe lengths over 1m will cost £28.20  (£23.50 ex VAT)

These lengths will be delivered with DX on a next day service.

*Prices are inclusive of VAT. 

 

Pipe Coils 

PE Coils Black/Blue PE will cost £28.20  (£23.50 ex VAT)

These lengths will be delivered with DX on a 2 day service.

*Prices are inclusive of VAT. 

HANDLING

All orders will typically be dispatched within 1 business day from our warehouse and all orders will include tracking from dispatch to delivery. All orders will be shipped in durable packaging to ensure your purchase is not damaged during transit. T-mex is not responsible for delays, lost or damaged shipments or orders sent to incorrect, invalid addresses or correct addresses. It is always in our best interests to make sure you receive your parcel in a timely manner and T-mex will assist as much as possible to trace a missing parcel. T-mex is not responsible for refunds of shipping costs in the event of delayed shipping due to product availability.

LARGE COILS

Large coils of pipe including MDPE, HDPE, Suction Hose, AdBlue hose & Ducting may take 1-2 days, and are not guaranteed on timed deliveries. We will dispacth the order on a Next Day service but the courier will not guarantee next day delivery.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

T-mex will offer a full refund on orders if it is in returned in the original, un-used condition, including packaging. This refund will be minus the shipping cost incurred for both sending and return. The customer will be required to pay any shipping and customs costs to return. If you wish to return your order, please email us at sales@t-mex.co.uk.

Certain items or manufacture's such as Plasson or Bauer fittings may incur a restocking fee of up to 25%. This is solely down to the manufacturer and not us. We will pass these charges onto you the customer. 

WRAS approved fittings or pipe can not be returned if they've been opened or used.
