BSP Thread Size Guide
PVC threaded elbows are sized according to their nominal BSP thread dimensions. BSP thread sizes do not directly correspond to the physical diameter measured in inches.
For example, a 1" BSP male thread measures approximately 33.25mm across its outside diameter, rather than 25.4mm.

Important: The measurements above represent the approximate outside diameters of corresponding male BSP threads. Female threaded elbows are designed to accept the matching nominal BSP male thread sizes. These measurements do not represent the internal diameter of the elbow.
Pressure & Temperature Information
PVC-U threaded fittings have a maximum working pressure of 12 Bar (170 PSI) at 20°C. As operating temperatures increase, the allowable working pressure decreases.
PVC-U pressure systems must not be used at temperatures exceeding 60°C. Always refer to the manufacturer's pressure and temperature derating information before installation.
