The table below shows the nominal imperial pipe size, corresponding imperial PVC pipe outside diameter and BSP thread major diameter.

Important: Imperial PVC pipe sizes are nominal and do not represent the actual outside diameter. For example, 2" imperial PVC pipe has an outside diameter of 60.3 mm, not 50.8 mm. BSP thread diameters and imperial pipe outside diameters are different measurements and are not interchangeable.

Installation Information
Ensure the tank wall is suitable for installation and that the mounting hole is correctly sized for the connector. Install the appropriate sealing washer or gasket against the tank wall and tighten the retaining nut evenly to achieve a secure, watertight seal.
Please Note: Confirm the tank connector's connection type, sealing arrangement and pressure suitability before installation. BSP thread sizes and imperial PVC pipe dimensions are provided for reference and should not be used to determine the required tank hole diameter.
