PE100 Stub Flange Kit s
Supplied as a complete flange connection assembly for HDPE pipework. The kit includes a PE100 HDPE stub flange, galvanised backing ring and EPDM full-face gasket, providing the components required to create a secure flanged connection to valves, pumps, pipework and other PN16 flanged equipment.
The PE100 HDPE stub flange is available in SDR11 or SDR17 and can be installed onto compatible polyethylene pipe using butt fusion or electrofusion. When using electrofusion installation, the stub can be connected with a suitable EF Coupler.
The kit is supplied with a PN16 galvanised backing ring as standard, with PN10 options available where required. A 3mm EPDM full-face gasket is also included to provide an effective seal between mating flange faces.
