Our Rubber Flexible End Caps for Imperial Pipe provide a quick and reliable solution for sealing the open ends of imperial PVC drainage pipes without the need for solvent welding or specialist installation equipment.
Designed for non-pressure drainage applications, these flexible rubber pipe caps are ideal for temporarily or permanently closing off unused pipe connections during drainage repairs, maintenance, alterations and new installations.
Each flexible end cap is supplied complete with a stainless steel worm drive clip, allowing the cap to be securely fastened around the outside of the pipe. The flexible rubber construction accommodates minor variations in pipe outside diameter, making installation straightforward across compatible imperial pipe sizes.

Important – Understanding Imperial Pipe Sizes
Imperial PVC pipe sizes are nominal sizes, not the actual outside diameter of the pipe.
For example, 2" imperial PVC pressure pipe has an outside diameter of approximately 60.3mm, not 50.8mm (2 inches).
These flexible end caps are designed to suit the actual outside diameter of imperial PVC pipe. Always check the pipe markings and measure the outside diameter before ordering.

Important Installation Information
Not Suitable for Pressurised Systems: These rubber flexible end caps are designed exclusively for non-pressure drainage applications. They must not be used on pressurised water supply systems, pumped pressure pipelines or other applications requiring pressure-rated fittings.
Pipe Sizing: Imperial pipe sizes are nominal measurements. Always check the pipe markings and measure the actual outside diameter before selecting an end cap.
Installation: Ensure the pipe end is clean and free from damage. Position the flexible cap fully over the pipe end and tighten the stainless steel worm drive clip evenly in accordance with the manufacturer's installation instructions.
