The Wafer Type Butterfly Valve is designed for dependable flow control and isolation in water supply, irrigation and industrial pipework systems. Manufactured with a robust epoxy-coated ductile iron body, a corrosion-resistant 316 stainless steel disc and a durable EPDM liner, this valve provides reliable sealing performance and long service life.
Featuring a PN10/16 wafer-style connection, the valve is designed for installation between compatible pipe flanges. The locking lever operation provides simple quarter-turn control, allowing the valve to be opened, closed and secured in position.
Available in sizes from 2" to 14" (DN50–DN350), these butterfly valves are suitable for a wide range of commercial, agricultural and industrial applications.

Installation Information
The wafer-style butterfly valve is installed between two compatible PN10 or PN16 pipe flanges and secured using suitable flange bolts. Ensure correct alignment during installation and allow sufficient clearance for the disc to rotate freely within the adjoining pipework.
The locking lever provides straightforward manual operation, allowing the valve to be positioned and secured as required. Always confirm the flange drilling pattern and installation dimensions before fitting.
