Long Spigot HDPE Stub Flange SDR11 manufactured from PE100 polyethylene for creating reliable flanged connections within HDPE pipe systems. The extended spigot provides additional working length for fusion installation and is suitable for connection to compatible PE100 pipework.
The SDR11 spigot can be installed by butt fusion or electrofusion, depending on the system design and site requirements. For electrofusion installation, it can be joined using a compatible EF Coupler.
Once fitted with a suitable backing ring and gasket, the stub flange provides a practical transition from fused HDPE pipework to flanged valves, pumps, strainers, meters and other pipeline equipment.
